GynItaly2024 – It’s A Wrap!
The GynItaly 2024 international congress has just ended, hosted in the splendid city of Salerno, gateway to the Amalfi Coast. This special event offered four full working days of plenary sessions, keynote lectures, symposia, abstract presentations, and most exciting, live surgeries performed by the best worldwide renowned surgeons in Minimally Invasive Surgery who specialize in endometriosis, benign pathologies, infertility and oncology.
Mario Malzoni, MD, Chair of the Congress, brought together many of the world’s leading experts offering a unique opportunity to share the current and future diagnostic and surgical challenges and to discuss novel approaches and standards, facilitating progress towards patient-oriented solutions.
Terrific international faculty (157 members) shared their research and expertise with a global audience of 782 physicians from all over the world (63 countries). Attendees took advantage of four days of high-level education and networking opportunities created by the collegial atmosphere.
Almost one thousand physicians gathered for the event to exchange experiences and results as well as to participate in live discussions and ask questions.
The participants have given us great feedback on this event and expressed the value this education provides to surgeons performing procedures worldwide. We hope the attendees left the congress inspired to take all they had learned back home and put it to work in helping to improve the care they deliver to their patients every day.
We also wish to express gratitude to our sponsors for their collaboration and partnership that made it possible to organize this exceptional educational event. We could not have done it without them.
Special thanks also go to the exhibitors as the exhibit hall was packed with the latest in surgical technology in gynecology. All the major companies were on hand this year to show off their products and services, talk with attendees about how they could add value to the care they deliver to their patients, and to make plans for follow-up visits after the meeting.
