Dear Friends and Colleagues,
It’s heartening to see the commitment and progress in advancing global women’s health initiatives!
The Foundation’s dedication to collaboration and innovation is invaluable. It’s through collective effort and creative thinking that meaningful progress occurs. Innovations in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery have the potential to transform healthcare outcomes for women worldwide.
The Foundation’s work is making a significant impact in the field of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. This impact extends beyond individual patients – it affects entire communities and societies.
This year, at the 2024 AAGL Congress, we are going ALL out with our Celebration of Achievements in MIGS Gala. We have added a Silent and LIVE Auction to the mix and will have Mary Bonnet, Foundation Board and cast member of the Award winning Netflix show “Selling Sunset,” as our Award Ceremony Emcee. All this will be taking place at The Fillmore, an incredible concert venue built for entertainment! In addition, we have selected the following two organizations to benefit from our LIVE auction:
We hope you’ll consider making a small donation (time or money) to help fund the following categories for the projects listed above:
SUPPLIES: Providing the necessary supplies to assist with surgery for women.
TRAINING: Develop curriculum training program for surgeons to study online.
TALENT: Send volunteer medical teams to perform surgery.
The Celebration of Achievements in MIGS Gala is almost sold out! If you are thinking about joining us for the celebration, please purchase your tickets soon! You can purchase through your Congress Registration or on the auction website.
Please be sure to check out our Silent Auction (open now through November 18, 2024 at 11:00 PM CST) and see the incredible opportunities for being mentored by surgeons around the world, bucket list trips/vacations, designer handbags, and a once in a lifetime “meet and greet” with the cast of Selling Sunset. You’ll visit the Oppenheim Group’s West Hollywood office and visit a few of their luxury property listings … WOW! Be sure to check out the surgical observerships (travel not included) to train under some of MIGS finest and my personal fave, seeing the Eagles at the Sphere in Las Vegas (sold out – tix are in the best section at the Sphere!) with a 2-night stay at Resorts World (strip view and all fees/taxes are included).
The LIVE Auction will be just as exciting with rare bottles of Pappy Whiskey (aged 12 years & 10 years), a PRENUVO body scan, and trips of a lifetime up for auction.
In addition to our Celebration of Achievements in MIGS Gala, you can also support our mission/vision for these vital causes through the following ways:
- Donations: Every contribution matters, whether large or small.
- Endowments: Establishing endowments ensures long-term funding for specific programs.
